ABOUT US

My name is Ambrocio Rivas and I'm a third year EE major. What I like about this project is that it involves solar panels and requires us to come up with a design from scratch. Granted, there has been some ground work set up for us, I'm excited to see what we can come up with and how it will turn out.

Owen McKenzie is a fourth year Electrical Engineering student at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He specializes in power systems and grid modernization, and has a passion for photo-voltaic applications. Current other projects include energy storage mobility, and developing a PV hybrid inverter teaching platform for future Cal Poly students.

Daphne Shieh is a third year Electrical Engineering student at Cal Poly SLO. Currently looking forward to seeing how far the project can develop and just trying to get through the day.
